Clear boundaries for a respectful conversation

You should know what a Listening Session can offer, what it cannot offer and what to do if something concerns you.

This is not an emergency service

Mindful Listening does not provide emergency response, crisis intervention or medical assessment. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services directly. Do not wait for a booking, listener or support reply.

Listening is not clinical care

Listeners do not diagnose, prescribe treatment or provide psychiatric or medical advice through a Listening Session. If you need professional care, arrange it directly with a qualified provider.

You keep choices during the conversation

You can decline a question, pause, change topic or end a session. You are not required to share every personal detail. The published policy will explain financial outcomes separately.

Respect applies to everyone

Harassment, threats, sexual conduct, discrimination, unauthorised recording and pressure for off-platform contact are not acceptable. The approved conduct and incident policy will explain how breaches are handled.

Raising a concern

A verified, restricted reporting channel and review process have not been published yet. Sessions remain closed while these arrangements are prepared.

When reporting is available, include the booking reference and only the information needed to explain the concern. You should not need to provide a recording or the entire conversation.

Privacy and safety limits

Legal requirements and approved safety processes may require information to be shared. The full privacy notice must explain these limits before sessions open. Absolute confidentiality is not promised.
